VBI has informed Xcelera that the lawsuit is frivolous, completely unfounded and utterly meritless, and nothing more than an attempt to unjustly extract financial gain from VBI. VBI and Mr. Vik have informed Xcelera that they intend to vigorously pursue redress for any damages caused by these frivolous allegations. With respect to the suit filed by Parfi, Xcelera stated that the lawsuit is without merit and merely a regurgitation of an old arbitration claim previously filed in Sweden. Xcelera will contest this lawsuit vigorously and is contemplating legal action against the plaintiffs. "
