That's true. Here's a delightful election win: California Libertarian Kate O'Brien won her race after recount! Please post everywhere!!! Day 7 - Ballot Recount. With at least two more days left of recounting remaining, the opponent's team conceded!!!!!!! They weren't willing to continue paying $1,200 per day for the count and they couldn't steal it from us because we managed to have enough volunteers to watch the process. It is official, we've won the election with $0 against a well-oiled machine with a lot of money. Kate O'Brien is retaining her seat on the Rancho Simi Recreation and Parks Board. I spoke to an official at the Ventura County Elections Division and apparently we were up by five votes. There was no way that our opponent was going to make up the gap. Thank you to all the heroes who helped. We are going to have a victory party sometime in early January for all those who helped. This has been an amazing experience!!! Thank you everyone.
