| You noticed that, huh? It is pretty nice, actually. On the fund, I have already gotten a few hundred more dollars pledged. Assuming follow through, we will at least pass the halfway mark. I am hoping to get more, though. I am assured that they will try to work something out, but they are in the middle of a capital campaign, and cannot lightly give away naming opportunities. When they were anticipating "discounting" for us, I thought we would be only a thousand to 1500 short, but then lost a thousand in pledges that did not materialize. The good news is that I will probably be able to tour the facilities, after Christmas. I will report on the Center, and perhaps it will help negotiation over a fitting memorial as well........ |
