I've been thinking about that some. There is no question that we are slowing, but we are slowing from a torrid pace, so the thinking may be that we will settle into a warm-fuzzy pace. This is a strong motivation for the so-called buyers of value. Got soft landing?

May take quite a while for it to become apparent that we have uncovered the Seventh Seal.
