Alan, Back to the drawing board and do some more DD. NPEC is not the majority partner and there would be no reason for a COW to be issued in their name. Don't be to hard on FIRE not coming to trade. Remember that NASDAQ and the market makers are in more control of when FIRE comes to trade then the Co. is. Been in similar situations where it's just 1 more document or letter or phone call before trading starts. It will happen. Merle
