roger, you are one of the more astute here, but you haven't gotten IT yet.
a huge SEC document IS rarely read by many people on the street.. It will probably be read soon, like over the weekend by analysts and small brokerage diligence guys- But very few are at the level where we are.
It makes perfect sense to sell all you can, but there will be little if any action until the BROKERS are TOLD to stop pushing, and stop HOLDING this stock.
This forum{SI} represents a good portion of the elite street watchers, but it also has plenty of "know it alls"
Time is the only test..
