Hello Everyone,

A couple of thoughts I would like to pass on and get some feedback on. As of today I firmly believe that the marketing deal will get done and announced before Christmas. However, as each day passes without news I become a little more concerned we will be waiting until the new year. My rationale is as follows;

Being in sales I know that Christmas is the worst time of year to get everyone together to sign off on deals. Usually the threshold is the 15th of the month to get things done. After that date it almost becomes impossible to get all of the necessary signatures.
The second part to this is I doubt DMX will make any announcements after the 21st of December. Too many people away and the markets will probably slow down over the Christmas to New Years time frame. We wouldn't get enough bang for our buck at that point.

Bottom line is I will be very skeptical if something is not announced by the middle of next week. I must also admit that if we don't hear anything before the new year then the comments of "very very soon" could once again be construed as misleading and be subject to alot of negative comments by many investors. Also my guess is that without any announcements in the next 3 weeks the stock price slowly slides and we lose alot of the momentum we gained.
