I agree that it is a pretty accurate summary of the actions that have taken place to date. The amazing thing is that they are have been pretty effective in implementing their strategy such that the typical Republican with a job and family (like the Phoenix)is sometimes left thinking "How come that mean Bush character isn't letting that poor Gore fellow count all the votes".

But people need to start paying attention to the details and not just to the 10 second sound bite of "count all the votes".
