HouseHold Direct Networks With 350 Participating Retailers; New Revenue and Distribution Services Added

NEW YORK, Dec. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- HouseHold Direct.com, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BYIT - news). HouseHold Direct announced today that the Company will initiate a strategic consumer and member product, service and deployment program within the initial base of 350 retail locations in 42 states currently serviced by America's Hometown Brand Center, Inc., its newly acquired wholly-owned subsidiary.

HouseHold Direct is among the very few ``brick and click'' businesses fortunate enough to launch into operational stage with approximately $20 million of top line revenue and to also have a national footprint in these 350 locations as service centers, or ``touch points'', for all customer and member services. The Company will continue to drive new member growth, while incorporating additional retail and distribution businesses into a major national network geared toward increasing the product sales velocity among the participating networked locations.

Each of these retail locations represents an additional shipping, order placement, customer service and volume purchasing/distribution point within the HouseHold Direct Network. The Network will include product source and supply, inventory management, financial services, shipping and receiving and national customer awareness. In addition, the Network will coordinate the participating retailers within the ``last mile'' national delivery program, which will reduce the shipping expenses of those retailers, while improving the quality of the national delivery system.

According to Wayne Neelley, Director of Purchasing Services for HouseHold Direct: ``We have been seeking innovative methods to build the sales volume for all the manufacturers that we represent, and to increase the range of services that we can offer through our down channel retail network. This program will offer new customer service and revenue opportunities for all parties concerned, which will contribute to the revenue and earnings of HouseHold Direct as we grow the national Network.''

The national Network is designed to be expanded to a significant number of additional retail locations where a portion of the revenue streams generated by membership can then be shared with that participating retailer. Consumers can have access to the benefits of membership locally or online. In this manner the Network will feed a healthy volume of top line revenue into each location, and the Network of members, retailers and manufacturers will be able to rapidly grow the number of customers and product purchasing volume.
