It is NOT a good idea to have voting on DOD property. It is a very bad public policy. And if a few people are disenfranchised in aid of a very good public policy- so be it.

So you would say that every sailor on a Navy ship should have to buy his own personal inflatable boat to use when filling out his absentee ballot?
