I made my point that this Supreme Court decision will be both as important as the Dred Scott Decision and as well known as an example of Judicial error.

Your point was that this is a relativly minor affair.

What else was there to say on that topic?
So, I move on to why I think an important decision would be characterised as trival, and that is to keep the focus off the decision while key evidence, for example the ballots, are potentially destroyed.
