Over two hundred years of jurisprudence has made it crystal clear that the USSC lacks jurisdiction over an issue of state law where the issue has been decided by the supreme court of the state in question. I agree unless the State law violates the federal law. The federal in question is "equal protection." since this is a federal election. If a state supreme court decided that murder was legal in a state. Then the USSC court would have no jurisdiction? I`m sure they would because of federal law. That`s the point. That`s what the case is about.
