I'm just starting to do due diligence here. I believe the FED will change interest rate bias to neutral on the 19th and then lower rates early next year. This should stimulate investing again in technology stocks as the economy begins to show growth later in the year. Low float stocks are extremely volatile so I'm not looking to invest in anything today as much as trying to make a list of companies worth investigating while we wait for market conditions to go green again. I will check out SMDX.
