I understand what you are saying and agree that every vote should carry the same weight. But that really doesn't address the problem. The way Florida statutes are set up they provide for individual standards/process. Are their laws unconstitutional then...? If a uniform standard is applied doesn't that 'change the rules' after the election since their state laws are currently as they are? Maybe this is a problem the U.S. Supreme Court is considering too...?
