Are their laws unconstitutional then...? If a uniform standard is applied doesn't that 'change the rules' after the election since their state laws are currently as they are? Maybe this is a problem the U.S. Supreme Court is considering too...? That is what the USSC will rule on. If the no standard hand count is unconstitutional or not IMO.
