The federal issue is whether or not the FSC can limit her authority, since her authortity is granted her by the legislature. The legislature has plenary power as granted by the US Constitution. Seems pretty federal to me. 9 Justices of the US Supreme Court agree so far. That is why they vacated the order.

Also, since the re-write of the original decision, the FSC said the the order was only for this election. Seems like they know there is a federal issue too.

I really dont mean to be harsh, but it appears as if your knowledge of the facts is lacking.
