I think the data is valuable as it shows whats happening in the diy market.

Your data shows that the diy folks prefer AMD chips by a long shot.

These consumers are smart, technically proficient and likely value conscious.

Its good that AMD dominates this market.

However clearly its poor data to base investments upon.

My vote is to keep posting the data, but to add a disclaimer on the limitedness of the data.

The other factor is that it is daily data.

If we assume these guys sell 5k cpu's per month
(seems a lot to me).

The top part may sell 500 units/mo.

Or 20 units per day.

Clearly tough to make too many investment conclusions.

But still usefull, IMHO.
