What about Bush Sr. and the Iran-contra arms stuff? We can go one forever. Let's not even start. Remember I never said the Democrats were perfect, but some seem to think the Republicans are.

I am not even trying to promote partisanship. I do not like extreme behavior or any premise that one side is totally right.

Both sides insult Americans with their spins. I still can't get out of my mind how Baker (a couple days after the election in a Press Conference) strongly urged Gore to concede BEFORE the absentee ballots had even come in.

That got me off on the wrong foot with him. It was an ugly statement that seemed to kick off more ugliness on both sides.

The difference, I feel, between some people here and myself and a few others, it that I can see the error on both sides. Some of you cannot or at least will not admit it.

I could respect many of you more if you would tone done your partisanship and at least TRY to find some kind of common ground. I mean, if Bush wins, you expect the Democrats to not be sore losers, right? Can't some of you at least admit that your side has made some errors too?

Well, I am off. Thanks to all the reasonable people here.

:-)
