. . . .Web Hosts/Hotels/Farms, etc. . . . .

Lots of speculation going on regarding word of FON wanting

to buy one or more of the Web Hotels/Hosts. The list of

potential takeover candidates with very rough numbers

thrown in:

Name MKT CAP APPROX YR REV NET INC P/S Ratio Debt/Equity Ratio

EQIX 470m 7m - 77m 24. 1.
USIX 538m 100m -130m 4.6 1.6
NAVI 322m 50m - 58m 5.5 0.305
GENU 4.9B 1B -663m .68 0.021
ISLD 483m 59m -329m 5.3 0.259
PSIX 326m 1B -1.1B .17 1.35
FFIV 584m 108m +13.7m 5.5 0.0

Now these numbers are really rough. . .I don't have time to

get perfect numbers. . .perhaps someone else does here. . .

But in looking them over, it doesn't take a rocket

scientist to see which are the best BARGAIN takeover

candidates.

If I were the one looking to buy one of these. . . I'd be

focusing on FFIV in a MAJOR way. A distant second would be

GENU, but the market cap is quite hefty by comparison.

The cheaper bargains include ISLD, which seems to be the

favorite by investors. . .then NAVI [already majority owned

by CMGI may or may not disqualify them]. PSIX may have

considerable Debt to Equity, but considering its revenue

stream and current market cap is clearly a strong bargain

which could attract a financially thrifty suitor. . . . .

in fact, PSIX valuation is quite attractive here. . . and

in that respect is a far better value than FFIV. . .which

is more "accurately" valued.

EQIX is running hard today, but I don't see them as very

attractive candidates. When compared to others, USIX

doesn't stack up either.

Hope this helps,

Rande Is
