I don't think it is a question of investment sophistication as it is observation.The stock opens and moves up in the morning and pulls back and lags and all buys are in the gap and not necessarily at the bid or offer.Last 4 trading sessions it gets hoppy in the last hour.To-day may be the exception but I doubt it.I think it is poised to move up and I smell a news release or something is in the pipe.It is being accumulated reflecting this IMHO.Time will tell.I can say it is being traded right now in a very professional manner and they do appear to be in the drivers seat from what I am seeing.
