The election was won by a victory of votes, by George W. Bush. The attempt to slander any part of the process that does not go Gore's way, culminating in disgusting attacks on the integrity of the SCOTUS and, in particular, a couple of its members, is the real crime of this election. The attempt to deny Bush the election under color of law is one of the worst abuses of the courts I have seen in years. The attempt to pretend solicitude for the voter's intent, while supporting the cases in Seminole and Martin counties, is one of the greatest hypocrisies I have seen in any election. I cannot begin to express my contempt for Gore.......
