I wouldn't be long here. Seems to me Supreme Court can't rule under 2nd amendment because Florida Supreme Court was able to change their last decision to get around that argument. IMO that keeps the case from getting thrown out. That leaves the 14th amendment argument--equal protection under the law for a recount. I don't really think the Supreme Court wants to decide the outcome of the election so the best odds favor them sending it back to the Fl supreme court for them to add a consistent recount standard. Either that or Supreme Court issues its own standard in accordance with voter instructions. If the votor didn't follow instructions--its not a vote.
