There are situations where the Corpacts.inf will not be updated on startup. It appears that if the local Corpacts and the server Corpacts are identical in length this does happen. However, as only a user, I do not know if this is the only situation where it occurs. What I have done is create a batch file which deletes the local Corpacts.inf prior to running QFeedStart/SelectServer (the neat Bob Wallace utility). By deleting the local Corpacts, it will be replaced by the server Corpacts.
