The company is losing qualified people because of the healthy economy. Same thing is happening with the Army, Navy and Air Force. Unions got nothing to do with this phenomenon. Other places are offering higher wages for skilled labor, so people are leaving. Even a non-intellectual like yourself can understand this. By the way, last week I was elected (actually drafted) to serve on my union local's executive committee. So I'll have an insider's view now on labor-management concerns and, as such, will be in a better position to enlighten dunderheads like you on what's really going on.
