have made a difference in the outcome of the state.


So if your vote won't affect the outcome, you don't have the right to have your vote counted? Why should some guy in Nebraska never have his vote counted when an identical vote in Florida gets pored over multiple times? That's not equal protection of the laws.

So much for the Gore mantra "count every vote." You schmucks in Nebraska can just to whistle to have your vote counted. Because you don't.

Count, that is.
