Tom, for warrant info try the top of page 36 of 10K:

You can verify, but I think it is as follows:

IBISW = 1.04 IBIS @ $8.08

Thus, for $8.08 you get 1.04 shares of common and if my math is correct as of this morning.

Mathematically, IBISW = 1.04(10.75) -8.08 or 2.58, which means speculators are paying (3.75-2.58) / 2.58 or a 45% premium for the warrants.
Of course this all changes as the trading day progresses, just did it for grins.
