Your misquote probably comes from your confusion as to how the system works, I certainly stated that a litigant can have his day in court but that has nothing to do with what was DONE, it only comes in after the fact if a question exists as to whether or not law was followed.
Really, relax, everything is O.K., there are enough people ensuring that the process will work, you don't have to get all worked up and compromise yourself and misquote and embellish, Gore did that all for you. |
