Yes, this week's cold wave may force rotating brownouts in CA. I have been picking up junk silver and one ounce silver coins for years. But I have kept pretty close to my $5.15 upper limit for melt value purchases and so I'm not out much. Picking up some sunshine mine stock at $1 was the worst mistake.
