Okay, I tried to turn someone in for TOU because he will not leave me alone.
The first response from SI was that I was not TOUing him in the proper format. So, I went throught the whole deal again, trying to follow instructions, and here is what I got:

I did, however, find the message from E-Bill that you were complaining about.
Not a Terms of Use violation. He was pointing out to you (correctly) that your post could be construed as a threat and was a violation of the Terms of Use.
Do not threaten people here.
