I disagree with my distinguished colleague. -g- I think the five justices who granted the stay want to rule tonight so the Florida Electors get the safe harbor. My bet is that they rule before midnight.

Oh, eek. Both Jesse Helms (aged 78) and Strom Thurmond (aged 1,003) are in states with Democrat governors.
