Roger,

I have not left -- been keeping up. I will preface my remarks with this -- I may kick myself later for finally giving over to the "logical" side of my brain, but, here goes:

This 8-K was the final straw for me. If nothing else, the people at Zitel have proven themselves to be complete idiots. This is the most blatant example of poor management I have ever seen. I do believe the Financial Officer at Bre-X is in the Caymen Islands as well. Perhaps this loan came from him. One scam finished, get in another one.

As I said, perhaps I am being too harsh, and this may just be incompetence, but at this point, nothing would surprise me. All of my Zitel was stopped out this morning at the open. I made a small profit, but am tired of taking chances with this bunch. They may end up with the "silver bullet" which started this whole thing several months ago, but they have proven themselves to be VERY liberal with the truth, and once I am convinced (I have been very patient, perhaps a little "slow" even) that a company's management is not trustworthy, I can no longer support them (even if I miss a fortune).

I don't know you Roger, but I do remember you "eating crow" one time on this thread. I now join you in this distasteful practice. I still hold a few September calls which are basically worthless -- but no stock. If this turns out to be a complete fraud and not just a bunch of "losers", I hope Emerald Research, Dave Stewart, and whomever else umloaded this on the public will at least pay with no further careers in the financial industry. Somehow I think I can hear them laughing in chorus with the CFO of Bre-X in the Caymen Islands.

I remain, but more sorrowful,

SOROS
