Well Lance, maybe there is only 200K float... but... if the promoters and insiders knew they could start a rumor of a F/S, then they could sell all their stock to us. How? Well they could short the stock... which they obviously did knowing people would sell once they figured the scam out... then just buy it back under $2... so... not only did they earn their fee by selling the stock at $2.50+ but then covered their short positions under $2... money both ways... at our expense. This had trouble written all over it from the start. Lesson learned.... when you have a 200K float stock and you continually hit the offer with 500 to 2000 share buys and the guy on the offer doesn't move, there is a problem. Also fills on the bid are a bad sign too. I have seen this time and time again and its my fault... I am the idiot that kept buying/holding til it was too late. Hopefully, I have learned my lesson once and for all. Tom
