Also..FEDERAL LAW provides that if a state fails to choose its electors before the deadline, "the electors may be appointed on a subsequent day in such manner as the legislature of such State may direct" subsequent day being tomorrow, when the fla senate should ratify...US Code Title 3, Sec.2 doc
