Ms. Harris doesn't have ANY rights. She has

RESPONSIBILITIES. As holder of an office of public trust, she has certain responsibilties that she must do. No office holder has "rights" because of the office they hold. What an odd idea.

And along those lines, lets not talk of a president having a "mandate". Presidents, like any other office holder in this country, has duties to preform in his servitude to the people, his masters, and has no mandate to do anything else.
