I heard a rumor that HCIA will be purchased by HBOC very soon. The source of the rumor is pretty reliable (works in the industry at a fairly high level). The information indicates a premium will be paid, with the stock valued over 30. Has anyone else heard anything about this possibility? I don't know if the deal is close to done or not but the stock is up almost two points today to 25 3/4. This could be good.
