DJMan, we would have to refer to official govt info
I specifically read in financial publications,
and heard on financial news media,
that an immediately related and similar stock
may NOT be substituted in order to avoid the wash rule

but I cannot prove it further
just wanted to share a further rebuttal
damn, I have been watching too many lawyers
it dont help to have a brother and sister as lawyers
I rest my lousy case
