Supreme Court reverses the Florida Supreme Court decision and remands it to act in a manner not inconsistent with their decision....very fractured decision, groups of Justices dissented from the general decision in specific issues....this DOES NOT rule out a further recount taking place once state-wide standards are implemented, however time limits cannot apparently be met ...time may be too short for the Florida Supreme to hold hearings on what standards for ballot counting... More to come..
