Geraldo just said Bush is the President Elect. 7 justices agree the FSC decision was un-constitutional. Gore concede in the morning? Not likely, IMO. FSC comes up with a broader and fair count with consistent standards, the USSC says fine...away we go, perhaps. Good, if so. EDIT: Ok, only two justices think this would work...I change my mind.
