Blame David Boise. He developed the legal strategy that ultimately failed. Having been slammed by Judge Sauls and now by the supreme court - we need a finale - like the appeals court overturning his MSFT case. At least we want have to worry about him becoming AG. I believe Mr. Klock has a very good shot at that job.
