Naive, reckless, and relatively uninformed thoughts: Is it just me, or should Safeguard make immediate plans to dispose of the majority of it's holdings, euthanizing (is this a word ?) any big cash burners that are not saleable ? Reality checks are not easy, but the sooner you acknowledge the problem.......the closer you are to cure. It looks to me like the values of the publicly traded holdings are down 50% since close of last quarter. At minimum, there is no reason to buy this before the next quarterly report. Anyway, I just wish Musser would retire from CATP's board and let it free to make new friends. SFE has become a liability in my opinion.....and I continue to see warning signs piling up that if it is a turnaround story it'll be a helluva long time comin' (years not months). Rick.
