More likely Cuban Mafia paid by the CIA..
that's the way it works the CIA don't like to get their
hands dirty locally as it's to much risk.
Where and how do you suppose we got such a strong
Russian Mafia from.
If you play ball with the CIA and do them
favors you will be given what is called a
Guardian Angle and as long as you don't cross
them and their New World Order you can do any
damm thing you got the bucks to swing.
