well I'm sure I will get bombarded here, but still I did want to say my personal experiences with SI Bob have been pleasant, fair and helpful. he is honest, expedient and listens. if you have a legitimate complaint, he acts upon it and backs you.
my hands have been gently slapped on SI for spamming the hunger site. I didn't like it, but in all honesty, when a complaint is made, SI has to react to it. spamming is spamming, whether it is a good cause or not and certain rules have to be followed.
I think if you pull back from the situation, you will see Bob does a damn good job in very difficult and trying situations.
note: I won an SI Tshirt in the 1500000 post contest, which of course warms me much to SI
