David: I don't know enough about BAY to give you advice about it. What I do know about Clifton is that they have enough going in the American silver side of it, that the mining operations are not that important at this point. Remember, Clifton owns 40 % of that private company, and they are at the point that their silver solution with its antibacterial characteristics is in demand on several different fronts. I.e., up until a year ago or so, it appeared that cfb would go nowhere, unless silver prices (and gold also because they have a gold property as well)rose. That has changed, and they now have a significant cash flow based on the American silver project. I would be glad to discuss this further with you as a personal message. Regards Dan
