The more I think about this the more I am impressed with the wording of the Supreme court decision. Think about what they have addressed:

1. The unfair subjectiveness of the recount was wrong
2. The recount idea itself is fine
3. The after-the-fact "count the votes" is irrelevant due to item 1
4. The court wasn't "wrong". It simply didn't set any standards, as required by the US Constitution, so the count that was stopped would have had to be redone anyways.
5. It's not "over" as far as they are concerned. That is up to the state of Florida.

I think they addressed all the current issues and the upcoming ones, and I now have more respect than ever for the Supreme Court. Well done!!
