Joe, Based on the talking heads on TV, going past the 12th violates the state law which intended the FL electors enjoy the safe harbor that the 12th offers. That was the reason 5 of the 9 thought the recount changed state law (again) which is a federal issue. The USSC does have a sense of humor. They blocked the count on Saturday, then justify it on Tuesday night by saying there isn't enough time to complete it before Tuesday afternoon. Can you imagine how stupid we look to the rest of the world right now? Scumbria
