Harry, Its over because the USSC recognized as we all here on this board have, that the vote just simply was too close for any type of recount, hand ,machine, or by mystics;, and any recounting system would have been unable to determine a clear winner. The only fair solution would be to split the FL electors. But fairness is only important when it helps Bush. And the rules can only be changed when it helps Bush. Scumbria
