I don't know your business, but I would venture a guess that you would see a very good return using paid search listing on GOTO.COM

We see about $7 in sales for every $1 spent, and because our product is software, most of that remaining $6 flows to the bottom line.

And no, Yahoo would probably NOT provide you with the best value, unless they are REALLY willing to deal.
