Pete, The USSC did not see it that way. The USSC had no right to be involved. Nevertheless, they set a legal precedent tonight which invalidates the entire election. Equal protection has not been afford all voters in Florida, or in any other state. There is no uniform standard for voting or counting procedures. In their haste to get Bush elected, they made a big boo-boo. Scumbria
