BBM, Thanks for your response I think I agree with both of your points. Personal experience and sincerity is perhaps the weakest argument for the truthfulness of any belief. I seem to have caused some offence by posting it, but it sounded like a religion to me. From another post, "The whole concept of karma, rebirth, and freedom from rebirth is extra-rational...outside the realm of what we in the West have commonly considered to be rational." #4709 Do you really believe there is one law of logic for the West and another for the East?
