Dear Thomas: Yes, it could happen. If they think they will somehow damage the Bush Presidency I think they will be very surprised at the backlash I believe they will suffer. I normally think of myself as typical. And at least from my viewpoint I am sick and tired of all of this and am glad it SHOULD be over. My only fear is they have some kind of TRICK up their sleeve to contest Bush electors in Congress. Hopefully, my understanding of the Safe Harbor Rules is correct and Bush is untouchable. Sore has caused enough damage in this country and its institutions already. Would be a shame to drag the US Congress into it. JDN
